Water, sewer and trash services are available through the City of Rockdale and all persons considering locating a business in Rockdale are highly encouraged to discuss their ideas with the Community Services Department prior to buying any property or opening a business.

The city calculates the residential monthly sewer bill based on the average water usage for November, December and January of each year. In March, the sewer bill is calculated and remains the same until the following March.
