The City of Rockdale and the Parks Advisory Committee are hosting a construction work day at Sumuel Park on Saturday, May 14. The park is located at the corner of Fourth Street and MLK Drive. Volunteers are needed to help construct a playscape, build a walking trail, and plant a butterfuly garden. Volunteers are asked to bring rakes, shovels and hand tools.
