PSA: City of Rockdale Utility Billing
The City of Rockdale is offering a paperless option for customers to receive their utility bills. The first live run was performed today March 5, 2025 for the March Utility Bills, to city website users from utilitybilling@rockdalecityhall.com. If you would like to sign up to receive your bill through email only, please call city hall at 512-446-2511.
