Citizens of Rockdale, I am deeply humbled and honored to have been selected to fill the unexpired term of Mayor for the City of Rockdale. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the trust and confidence that the city council has placed in me.
I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for our community and know that we have challenges to overcome in order to capture those opportunities. Together, we can work towards a brighter future for our citizens and our city.
I look forward to “rolling up my sleeves”, and ensuring we are doing the work to make our town an even better place to live, work, and thrive.
My parents instilled me the values of honesty, respect, and integrity. These are values I carry with me on a daily basis. Kathryne and I are both graduates of Rockdale High, and are lifelong residents of Rockdale. We are indebted to the good for our community.
Having volunteered now for 35 years now with the Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department, serving 12 years as Fire Chief, I understand that nothing is achieved without dedication and hard work, and I am dedicated to serving all of you.
